MIND Your Health

This semester, students in the DBH Agency are putting on a campaign called MIND Your Health SJSU. Like Happy Healthy SJSU, the goal of this campaign is to change the culture of mental health on the San Jose State University campus, by removing the stigma and sparking an open conversation. MIND Your Health plans to do this by educating people on the 5 signs that someone may be suffering from a mental health condition, so that we all have a common language in terms of mental health (which you may have seen us retweet on our Twitter page).

Their campaign will be active until March 15th. Upcoming events include:

  • Puppy therapy & tabling on March 2nd, from 10:30am-2pm on the Smith Carlos Lawn
  • Dr. Angela Krumm will be speaking March 14th, from 5:30-7:30pm in the Student Union Meeting Room 1A

For more information, visit the MIND Your Health SJSU Twitter page or check back here or on our social media accounts for future information and event reminders. We hope that you are able to make it out to these great events!
